Enable “Delete Email as Trash” for this device: this option will move deleted messages to your trash instead of archiving the message. This setting will supersede the email address that you use to log in to your LionMail account. Enable “Send Mail As” for this device: this will allow you to send mail from your ActiveSync device using a Send-As address that is active in your LionMail web interface (such as your personalized email alias).

Use Safari on your iPhone to log into LionMail by visiting. Log out of all Gmail accounts on your iPhone, including all personal Gmail accounts, YouTube, Chrome, or any other Gmail account. Make sure LionMail is set up on your iPhone. If you're not using Microsoft Outlook, check with the vendor of your email client on support for Microsoft's Modern Authentication (OAuth).IPads/iPhone clients can access a variety of useful settings by going to a web-based configuration screen. In October 2020, Microsoft will be making security changes which will remove support for Basic Authentication with SMTP. Your email messages, calendar and contacts will re-download. Look for the DUO notification on your DUO device to approve the login. To add the account back, select "Exchange" and enter your NU email address to sign in. Select the "Exchange" account on the left, and click the minus sign '–' at bottom of the list to delete it. In Apple Mail, go to the menu item "Mail > Accounts.". If you use Apple's Mail app on Mac desktops and laptops, you may experience a similar inability to sign back in.
When you get to the sign in page, sign in like you normally do and be sure to look for the notification from the DUO app to approve the log in. Choose the 'Microsoft Exchange' option and fill in your email account information. When it takes you back to the 'Passwords & Accounts' screen, choose 'Add Account'. Select your UNK/UNL/UNO/ email account and choose 'Delete Account' at the bottom. Go to Settings, and scroll down to 'Passwords & Accounts'. If it will not accept your password several times, try this : The Apple iOS/iPhone Mail app may send you into a cycle of trying to sign in.

Click it to start the install of the entire Office 365 suite.
Once you've signed in and approved the DUO notification, the "Install Office" button appears in the top right of your screen. Visit and sign in with your NU email address. For personal computers, you can install the newest version of Office 365. If your device is provided to you by your department please work with your tech or email for support. If you use an earlier version, you'll need an upgrade. The required version of Microsoft Outlook is Office 2016 or higher. Apple Mail (can work) - requires macOS X 10.14 or higher. Mac: Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 or Office 365. Windows: Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 or Office 365. Contact your campus ITS Help Center if any problems occur. *The Outlook mail app is the officially supported app for phones and tablets. Simply sign in as you normally do, and look for the notification on your device to complete sign-in.
